A Premium Protective Coating is applied using a high heat / high pressure system. The high heat / high pressure is essential for a uniform, consistent textured look over the entire surface. Our coating dries in 3-10 seconds and is immediately ready for use.

Our coating is a polyurethane-urea hybrid, using two components, part “A” and part “B” mixed at a 1:1 ratio. Both parts are heated separately in a machine then pumped separately through a heated hose then come together at the tip of a spray gun. When these two components are combined a chemical reaction takes place resulting in a High Performance coating that is extremely tough. The coating hits the surface at approximately 180º F.

Spray-On Bed Liner

First: We tape off and cover the entire truck with plastic (other then the bed).

Second: We rough up the surface with a sand blaster or hand grinder so our coating will properly adhere. In the hard to reach places or places where the coating will come to an end and we need a straight line we apply the use of a Dremel tool to ensure every square inch to be coated is properly prepped.

Third: We apply wire tape to guarantee straight lines where the coating will end.

Fourth: Spray the truck, then apply our UV stabilizing top coat.

Last: Pull the wire tape leaving laser straight lines and tear down all plastic.

Your truck bed now looks great and is fully protected.

Trailer Floor

First: We remove any hardware and then fill all screw holes, crack or other imperfections with a water putty. We also caulk where the walls meet the floor.

Second: We tape off and hang plastic to cover the walls from overspray, then go over the floor with a belt sander to create a smooth surface to be sprayed.

Third: We apply wire tape to guarantee straight lines where the coating will end.

Fourth: Spray the trailer, then apply our UV stabilizing top coat.

Last: Pull the wire tape leaving laser straight lines and tear down all plastic, then reinstall any hardware that was removed.

Your trailer floor and walls are now 100% waterproof and fully protected.

Second: We roll on a penetrating primer for proper adhesion between coating and concrete substrate.

Third: We tape off and hang plastic to cover the walls from overspray.

Fourth: We apply wire tape to guarantee straight lines where the coating will end.

Fifth: Spray the floor, then apply our UV stabilizing top coat.
