Easy to clean..
Unlike concrete which is porous, our coating is 100% waterproof and non-permeable. What this means is when you spill grease, oil, or any type of liquid it will not be absorbed but will remain on the surface for easy clean up. Unlike many do-it-yourself garage paints and coatings ours will hold up to industrial cleaning chemicals without peeling off or bubbling up. If you like to use a high pressure sprayer for cleaning, our product will hold up. We have cleaned the coating with a 4000psi pressure sprayer from inches away.

Extend the coating for added protection
We can run the coating up the walls creating a watertight seal where the walls meet the floor, perfect when washing out your garage with a hose or pressure sprayer. When extended up the walls the most popular lengths are six inches or three feet. When we extent the coating three feet we cap the top with a chair rail making the wall look finished and very attractive. The three foot option appeals to people who have kids that need the walls to have a little more protection then just the drywall to protect from bike handles, hockey sticks, etc. Be sure to check out our Photo Gallery for pictures of garages we have completed with the coating extended different lengths.

Environmentally Safe
Our coating contains no VOC’s (volatile organic compounds) or CFC’s (Chlorofluorocarbons) and is FDA approved for incidental foot contact.

Quick and Convenient
We can apply the coating in two days, with the customer having unrestricted use of the garage immediately after we leave. Unlike other epoxy coatings our coating does not require you to keep off it for days or even a week and does not have an odor. On the first day we grind the concrete, apply the concrete primer and start taping. You will have unrestricted use of the garage that night because the primer can be walked on in 30 minutes. The second day we finish taping, spray the floor and clean up. When we leave the garage can be utilized immediately.
